Represented dozens of debtors, individual and businesses, in filing for Chapter 13, 7 and 11 bankruptcies. Developed confirmed bankruptcy plans for individual and corporate debtors. Negotiated and favorably settled numerous debts and claims, including federal and state taxes, with creditors against clients. Successfully defended and prosecuted numerous motions in bankruptcy court including adversary motions, motions to reinstate, objections to discharge, cramdown motions and relief from stay motions

Served in numerous positions including as counsel to Crossroads Theatre in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Special Municipal Prosecutor for Newark, Public Defender for South Brunswick Township and designated counsel for the Office of the Public Defender, Appellate Division. Earned degrees from Princeton University, Boston University and New York University Law School.
